    I swear by Chia seeds. I put them in my smoothie everyday. Have alot more energy. I am 61 so the omega-3’s are a must. Love them!

    Same here though I’m 41 and a runner. I like them because they don’t change the flavor of my smoothie and they have the added benefit of the strontium, which helps me absorb the protein better.

    I also add them into my energy mix that i carry with me when I’m running. I’d like to try to bake them into my granola bars but am a bit leery because of the fact that they get gelatinous. Has anybody else tried using them like that?
