The Naked Truth About Bio-identical Hormones

Suzanne Somers Ageless

There have always been a lot of questions that surrounded the appearance of TV personality, Suzanne Somers. It is quite normal to ask about the blonde bombshell, “Good Genes? Or Good Docs?” In her newest book, “Ageless: The Naked Truth About Bio-identical Hormones,” she might answer that question herself.

In her book, Somers tackles questions that surround aging as well as address major issues that present themselves to pre- and post-menopausal women. It is specifically geared towards women who are looking to feel and look younger without having to go under the knife or spend thousands of dollars on risky procedures.

Suzanne speaks in-depth about information on bio-identical hormone replacement and anti-aging medicine. The book addresses issues surrounding the ways that we actually actively work to make our bodies out of sync hormonally and then wonder why we need hysterectomy’s and hormone replacement therapy. She speaks about the fact that many times, it is our belief that something needs to be replaced or passages like menopause need to be combated with drugs, when really, we would feel better if we just allowed nature to take its course.

Suzanne Somers is a proponent of the idea that our bodies will naturally fall into sync if we have a healthy lifestyle. She covers at length about the importance of a healthy diet as it relates to the aging process and the ways that hormone therapy can help or hinder this overall process.

I have been impressed by how informative the book has been and the wide array of doctors Somer’s has interviewed. I have been undergoing Bioidentical hormone therapy for a few months and it has suppressed my symptoms to a minimum and I feel better then ever.

I read “The Naked Truth” when it first came out. Because of this book I found out about bioidentical hormones and what they are all about. I started using them a few months ago and have never felt better!
