L’Oreal Revitalift Triple Power Deep-Acting Moisturizer Review

Will The New RevitaLift Really Make You Look Younger?

Are you looking for the most current technology in an affordable anti-aging moisturizer?

L’Oreal has some really great products that address the needs of people who want youth-restoring ingredients in their cosmetics.

Their newest moisturizer, RevitaLift Triple Power Deep-Acting Moisturizer, claims to be exactly that.

Let’s take a look at the product to see if it’s what you’re looking for in a face cream.

What Do They Claim?

L’Oreal says that Triple Power helps your face look younger using three approaches. They claim that it fights wrinkles, firms contours, and replenishes volume in order to restore your skin’s youthful look.

It does this by using hyaluronic acid to moisturize and plump, and also their patented Pro-Xylane that stimulates collagen production.

They say that Triple Power also uses their new Stimuplex that uses your skin’s 8 natural lifters to improve elasticity and lift your skin back to where it’s supposed to be. These 8 lifters are:

  • Chondroitin Sulfate
  • Elastin
  • Perlecan
  • Collagen III
  • Collagen IV
  • Collagen VII
  • Fibriline
  • Integrin

That sounds good, but does the product have the ingredients to back it up?

What’s In It?

In addition to the standard ingredients that make Triple Power Deep-Acting Moisturizer glide on smoothly, smell good, and hold its form, there are also some interesting anti-aging ingredients in it.

Hyaluronic acid is in there, and close to the middle of the list so there’s probably a significant amount in it. There’s also their patented Pro-Xylane, aka hydroxypropyl tetrahydropyrantriol, that stimulates GAG synthesis. In a nutshell, this is the product that boosts those 8 lifting ingredients that we discussed above in your connective tissues.

Another goody included adenisone, another cell-repair stimulator that also acts as an anti-inflammatory. Finally, there’s capryloyl salicylic acid, a skin conditioning agent that enhances the appearance of damaged skin and restores suppleness by improving dry patches and flaking.

What Are Users Saying?

The reviews on this product are really encouraging. People are saying that it provides long-lasting moisturizing power and that it makes your face feel amazing. It only takes a pea-sized amount to cover your whole face and it smells good but not overwhelming.

Reviews are limited at this point because the product is brand new so there wasn’t anything said about wrinkle-fighting other than users who stated that their faces looked better and that they saw improvement, whatever that means.

Final Word

This is one of L’Oreal’s pricier products but there are some really good ingredients in it, especially for a drugstore brand. If you compare it to other moisturizers with comparable ingredients, the price suddenly seems a little low.

If you decide to use this cream, remember that there’s no sunscreen in it so if you want to use it during the day, you need to add something to protect you from sun damage.

There are some parabens and perfume in it so if that stuff bothers you then you may want to skip it. Otherwise, if you’re looking for a great product for moisturizing and fine-line reduction, this product may work well for you.

The fragrance is so strong it gave me a headache and sore throat after 45 minutes. Had to wash it off. Tried it again and the same thing happened.
