Eminence Pumpkin Latte Hydrating Masque Review

Get a Complexion That’s As Luxurious As Fall With This Facial Mask

Do you like the idea of using all-natural fruits and botanicals on your face but don’t want to make a homemade facial mask?

If so, I may have found the perfect product for you; Eminence’s Pumpkin Latte Hydration Masque really talks a big game.

I’m a real sucker for pumpkin. As a matter of fact, one of my favorite things about fall is that everything is available in pumpkin spice flavor. Coffee creamers, donuts, ice cream. You name it, it’s in pumpkin, and I love it!

I know that it’s amazing for your skin but frankly, I’m extremely busy and just never bother to make my own facial masks. Part of the reason is because I’m always short on time, but the main reason is that I just never seem to have the right ingredients on hand. Now, according to Eminence, I don’t need to make it myself because their Pumpkin Latte Hydration Masque is ready to go.

Let’s take a look and see if it’s got the ingredients to back up the claims.

What Do They Claim?

According to Eminence, their mask is best for revitalizing and supporting your skin and is best for normal to dry, dehydrated, and devitalized skin types. They say that it neutralizes free radicals and heals environmental damages so that you have a younger, healthier skin tone. Eminence lists a few of the key ingredients as pumpkin puree, avocado oil, soy milk, orange pulp, pineapple pulp and white willow bark.

Those are just the first few that they talk about, but you get the idea. It’s supposedly full of stuff that’s really good for you. We’ll see about that. That stuff may be in there, but is it in there in high enough quantities to do any good? And what other chemical-type garbage is packed into it? Let’s take a look.

What’s In It?

Wow. It’s really all in there, and then some. And miraculously enough, there aren’t any poisons, toxins, carcinogens, or any other ingredient that may possibly be bad for you. There are no parabens or petroleum products either. There are, however, a ton of herbs, botanicals, and fruit extracts known to be packed with antioxidants and healing properties. Let’s get specific.

The first ingredient, be still my heart, is pumpkin puree. It’s got fruit enzymes and alpha hydroxy acids that exfoliate and stimulate production of new skin cells. It’s also packed full of antioxidants. Next on the list comes soybean oil, pumpkin seed oil, sunflower oil, avocado oil, and soy milk. There’s some citrus in there in the form of orange pulp and pineapple pulp and also some orange oil.

For soothing, healing, and calming, there’s aloe, lavendar extract, green tea extract, and chamomile, to name a few. There are also a ton of moisturizers, wrinkle-fighters, and nutrients including calendula oil, comfrey root, vitamins A, C, and E, alpha lipoic acid, and coenzyme Q10. What a who’s who of great ingredients, and I’ve only listed some of them.

Now for the big question. What about the bad stuff? The preservatives, artificial colors and scents, and the parabens and petroleum products? Sit down and hold on because the answer’s going to shock you. There are NONE of those things in there. Only natural, good-for-you things from the top of the list to the bottom. What a welcome change!

Final Word

This product has the ingredients to back up its claims, and it has them in enough quantity to be effective. There aren’t many reviews out yet because it’s fairly new, but those who have tried it seem to love it.

My only problem is that it’s a bit pricey, but for what you’re getting, I’d say it’s worth it. Plus, you ony need to use a small bit of it to form a light layer on your skin so it should last you for a bit. I know for a fact that since winter’s on the way, dry skin isn’t far behind so I’m ordering mine now. I’d rather stay hydrated and avoid more wrinkles, thanks.
