What is Ticket Transfer?

Season Ticket Holders can now use the Ticket Hub to transfer their ticket electronically to friends or family within their Network when they’re unable to attend a match.​ 

Our Ticket Transfer service is the only way to pass on your digital ticket. Since your pass uses NFC technology, it can’t be screenshotted or shared manually. Using the Ticket Hub, you can transfer a ticket to anyone with a free Arsenal ticketing account. Once accepted, the recipient can access the ticket directly from the Ticket Hub and use it to enter the Emirates Stadium.​

The service is free to use and remains open until 3 hours before kick-off.​

Using Ticket Transfer

  • Earns you 50 My Arsenal Rewards points, as long as the recipient uses the ticket.​

  • Earns you an attendance stamp toward the Attendance Trophy, which could help secure Cup Final ticket access.​

Who is eligible to use Ticket Transfer?

Platinum Members and General Admission Season Ticket holders only. The service is free with no admin fees to pay.

When can I transfer my seat(s) for a game?

Ticket Transfer becomes available once the Silver Member ballot has ended and at the same time as the Ticket Exchange opens, unless otherwise stated.​
Please check the Ticket Information page for the latest details or log in to the Ticket Hub using your email and password to view availability.​

Ticket Transfers can be made up to 3 hours before the advertised kick-off time. After this point, if the recipient has not accepted the transfer, the ticket will be automatically accepted, and their pass will be activated for entry.​

What is the deadline to transfer my seat(s) via Ticket Transfer?

You can transfer your seat up to 3 hours before kick-off. If the recipient has not accepted the transfer by this time, the transfer will be automatically accepted on their behalf, and their pass will become active for the game.​

I am a Silver / Red Member can I transfer my ticket using this service?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to transfer your tickets via this service.

Is this service available over the telephone?

No, this is an online service only. However, our Season Ticket holders in the Disabled Enclosure will need to use Ticket Transfer over the phone.

I am a Season Ticket holder in the Disabled Enclosure. Can I use Ticket Transfer?

The service is not available online currently. Please submit an enquiry form or contact our Disability team on 020 7619 5000 (option 2) for more information.

My friend/family member does not have access to a computer. Can I transfer a ticket on their behalf using Ticket Transfer?

Yes, Season Ticket holders are able to transfer other members' tickets as long they have been added to Level Two of your Arsenal Network.

Is there a fee to transfer my Season Ticket?

No, the Ticket Transfer service is free to use.

What can I do if I've already transferred my seat and then change my mind?

If the recipient does not accept the ticket transfer more than 3 hours before kick-off, you can recall the ticket in the Ticket Hub, and your digital pass will remain valid for entry.
However, if the transfer is still pending within 3 hours of kick-off, the system will automatically accept the ticket on their behalf.​

I have transferred my seat(s) using Ticket Transfer and now wish to attend the fixture. Is there anything I can do?

Once a transfer has been accepted your digital pass will be deactivated and you will not be able to attend the fixture.

I have transferred my ticket but the recipient hasn't accepted before the deadline. What will happen to my ticket, can I still go to the game?

Should your ticket not be accepted before the deadline, the system will automatically accept the ticket on the recipient's behalf. ​

Is there a limit on how many times that I can transfer my seat(s) in a season?

You can transfer your seat(s) for as many fixtures as you like, subject to Ticket Transfer being available.

Are there any other ways that I can transfer my seat(s)?

No, Ticket Transfer via the Ticket Hub is the only official and legal way for season ticket holders to transfer seats(s). It is not possible to screenshot your digital pass to forward on to other supporters ​

Can I check the status of my transferred seat(s) online?

Yes. Log in to your account using your email and password. Once logged in, click your profile name in the top navigation bar. From your profile, select the ‘Ticket Hub’ tile to view the status of your transferred tickets.​

The person I transferred my seat(s) to has declined. Can I select another person to transfer to?

Yes, you can select another person within your Arsenal Network to transfer your ticket to.

I am not an Arsenal Member, how will I receive my ticket?

You will need to create an account on the Arsenal website or app in order to access your ticket on the Ticket Hub​

I am an Arsenal Member / Season Ticket holder receiving a ticket via the Transfer service, will my digital pass be activated?

In order to receive a transferred ticket, this will only be possible through the Ticket Hub. ​
