What is Ticket Transfer?
Season Ticket Holders can now use the Ticket Hub to transfer their ticket electronically to friends or family within their Network when they’re unable to attend a match.
Our Ticket Transfer service is the only way to pass on your digital ticket. Since your pass uses NFC technology, it can’t be screenshotted or shared manually. Using the Ticket Hub, you can transfer a ticket to anyone with a free Arsenal ticketing account. Once accepted, the recipient can access the ticket directly from the Ticket Hub and use it to enter the Emirates Stadium.
Supporters can register for an account here.
The service is free to use and remains open until 3 hours before kick-off.

How to use Ticket Transfer
Step 1: Log into your Arsenal Account
Ensure that the person you are wishing to transfer your ticket to already has a free Arsenal Account. Supporters can register for an account here if they don't have one already
Log in to your 'Arsenal' Account using your email & password by clicking the head and shoulders icon in the top right-hand of your screen.
Once logged in, go to your profile by clicking your initials in the top right navigation bar.
Once on your profile, select the ‘Ticket Hub’ tile to access your tickets.
Step 2: Choose who to send your ticket to
Select the ticket you wish to transfer by clicking the transfer button. Please double-check that you have selected the correct ticket you want to transfer and the correct seat.
If the person you wish to transfer to is not already in your network, click the “Send to someone outside your network’ button
If they have an Arsenal membership or an Arsenal account, enter their membership number and surname. Click ‘search for member’ to add them to your network and transfer a ticket to them.
If they do not have an account, click ‘invite them to join’ so they can register and have their transferred ticket hosted on their ticket hub account.
Step 3: Accept and finalise the Transfer
Review the Terms & Conditions and then click ‘Agree & Transfer Ticket’.
The recipient should see the tickets they have been transferred in the ‘Action Required’ section. Here, they will be prompted to select either the Accept or Decline button.
Once the ticket has been accepted, your digital pass will no longer be active, and the recipient will be sent an electronic ticket which scanned on their mobile device to access the stadium.
If the recipient declines the ticket or does not accept the ticket in time, your season ticket will remain active for the relevant fixture.
