The Arsenal Ticket Hub is your new go-to destination for managing tickets. Whether you're transferring a ticket, managing your network, or downloading your digital pass, the Hub brings everything together in one place for a smoother matchday experience.
How Do I Access the Ticket Hub?
You can access the Ticket Hub through your Arsenal account. Here's how:
- Log in to your Arsenal account using your email/username and password.
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon to view your account dashboard.
- Select the ‘Ticket Hub’ tile.
You’ll now be taken into the Ticket Hub, where all your ticketing activity lives.
What Can I Do in the Ticket Hub?
The Hub is designed to give you more flexibility and visibility when it comes to your matchday tickets. Here’s what you can do:
View Your Upcoming Matches
See all tickets you hold for upcoming games, including the date, time, opponent, seat details and match status. Each ticket will show if it's eligible for transfer.
Transfer a Ticket
Need to send your ticket to a friend or family member? You can now transfer it directly from the Ticket Hub:
- Click the Transfer button on the ticket.
- Select a person from your Network or add a new contact by entering their membership number and last name.
- If they don’t yet have an account, click the ‘INVITE THEM TO JOIN’ button. Click here for a step-by-step guide for this.
- Once sent, they’ll receive an email and can accept or reject the ticket in the Ticket Hub.
You’ll also receive confirmation once the transfer is accepted or rejected.
Manage Your Network
Your Network is a list of trusted contacts you can transfer tickets to. From the Ticket Hub, you can:
- View current Network members
- Add new people using their membership number and surname
- Invite new contacts to join Arsenal by email
This helps speed up future transfers.
Download Digital Passes
For supported matches, you’ll be able to download your digital ticket directly to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. If your ticket is transferred to someone else and accepted, they will be issued a digital ticket in their Hub.

The new Ticket Hub simplifies everything. By centralising key features and introducing real-time ticket visibility, you get better control over your matchday tickets.
