STAN KROENKE
CO-CHAIR
Stan Kroenke is the founder and Chairman of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) and Co-Chair of Arsenal.
Established in 1999, KSE is one of the world’s leading sports and entertainment groups, with a global portfolio of franchises and venues, including the Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), the National Lacrosse League’s Colorado Mammoths and the Los Angeles Rams (NFL).
Equipped with decades of real estate development experience and a one-of-a-kind vision, Stan spearheaded the construction of the unparalleled state-of-the-art NFL venue, SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, a component of the 300-acre Hollywood Park. The arena has been chosen to be one of the hosts of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
A passionate sports fan, Stan Kroenke originally became a shareholder at the club in 2007, steadily increasing his stake before taking full ownership in 2018. Under his leadership, KSE has continually invested in all aspects of our strategy and operations, including our playing squads, infrastructure and people, in order to win major trophies.
JOSH KROENKE
CO-CHAIR
Josh Kroenke is Vice Chairman of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) and is Co-Chair of Arsenal alongside his father, Stan.
Established in 1999, KSE is one of the world’s leading sports and entertainment groups, with a global portfolio of franchises and venues, including the Denver Nuggets (NBA), Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), the National Lacrosse League’s Colorado Mammoths and the Los Angeles Rams (NFL).
A former basketball player at the University of Missouri, Josh has forged a career in sports leadership with KSE and also serves as President of the Denver Nuggets and Governor of the Colorado Avalanche.
Becoming a majority shareholder of Arsenal in 2013, the KSE Vice Chairman joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director. He has since played an active role in the growth and development of Arsenal, shaping our long-term strategy to win major trophies.
LORD HARRIS OF PECKHAM
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lord Harris of Peckham is a distinguished British entrepreneur, philanthropist, life peer and lifelong Gooner who has served on our Board as a Non-Executive Director since 2005.
Raised in Peckham, South London, he took over his family’s modest carpet business and, through his vision and business judgement, expanded it into a national retail empire. Following his departure from Carpetright, he went on to found Tapi Carpets, which has since grown rapidly nationwide. Lord Harris remains actively involved in Tapi’s continued success, reflecting his enduring passion for growth and innovation.
In 1996, he was elevated to the House of Lords as Lord Harris of Peckham, where he has been a champion of education. He founded the Harris Federation in 1990, which has since grown into a network of 55 academies across London and Essex.
He is known for his belief in combining entrepreneurial success with purpose and brings decades of commercial experience and community-driven values to our Board.
KELLY BLAHA
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Kelly Blaha is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) over Sports Teams, Media & Venues for the organisation, as well as previously serving as Senior Vice President of Sports Teams.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance, and corporate governance - including previous roles as an Audit Partner with Plante Moran, one of the largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the United States, and before that at the globally respected professional services firm PwC - Kelly brings a wealth of expertise to her leadership positions.
Her strategic insight and financial acumen will strengthen the Board’s collective expertise during a period of investment and growth.
OTTO MALY
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Otto Maly is President & Director of Special Projects at Kroenke Holdings and Chair of Maly Commercial Realty. He has more than four decades of experience in business and project delivery and plays a key role across Kroenke Sports & Entertainment’s (KSE) commercial and community-focused initiatives.
Otto is at the forefront of the development and management of all real estate ventures across the Kroenke portfolio, including SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park – one of the largest sports and entertainment districts in the world.
Throughout his career, he has overseen a number of significant projects, including expanding broadband access in underserved communities, and has contributed his expertise on advisory boards, including those at the University of Missouri’s business and real estate institutes.
Otto brings strategic insight to guide long-term planning and support for our club’s growth, with community at the heart of its operation.
DAVE STEINER
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dave is a long-term advisor to Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) and a principal in the Colorado-based accounting consultancy, EKS&H (Ehrhardt, Keefe, Steiner & Hoffman).
His experience in public accounting dates back to 1975, and he has extensive experience in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, franchising, wholesale distribution, software, high-technology and real estate development.
He brings extensive business and finance experience to the Board to support our long-term vision and planning.
BEN WINSTON
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Ben is a founding partner of the Islington-founded media production company Fulwell Entertainment, celebrated for creating and delivering some of today’s most popular global entertainment programmes and producing some of the world’s biggest personalities and talent.
A passionate Arsenal supporter, Ben has been an Arsenal season ticket holder for more than 30 years, following the club home and away (including a 10-year stint in which he didn’t miss a single European away fixture). In 2000, he worked in the Arsenal in the Community department, leading an Arsenal programme abroad.
During his distinguished career as a television director and producer, Ben has won 14 Emmy Awards and has worked on internationally acclaimed projects such as The Late Late Show with James Corden, Carpool Karaoke, Friends: The Reunion, The Grammys, The BRIT Awards, Gavin and Stacey and The Kardashians.
Ben oversaw the Olympic handover ceremony from Paris 2024 to Los Angeles 2028 on behalf of the LA28 Games. He will also produce the Games’ Opening and Closing Ceremonies. He also serves on the board of MGM Resorts.
Ben brings a fresh perspective to our Board with decades of experience in media, creative storytelling and global entertainment and will support our ambition to build stronger connections with our supporters at home and around the world.
