I like the Dermitage, it’s half the price and it works twice as well. If you get it online the first bottles are free. I don’t know if they give samples in the department stores, but definitely give it a try.
Been taking resveratrol since seeing Barbara Walters report on it and I haven’t stopped since. I started with 250mg, but didn’t notice the effects until I bumped up. 500mg is a good dosage.
Also, a good multivitamin should be added to this list. Resveratrol, CoQ10, fish oil and multivitamins are what I take daily. I see that Omega Q Plus combines 2 of these, which is convenient.
I don’t know what I’d do without my La Prairie. My husband doesn’t like the price, but even he agrees that it works.
