ANSR Reviews: Anti-Aging Light Therapy
There are a variety of anti-aging remedies on the market today, some that have been proven to have great results, others not so much.
One of the more interesting anti-aging therapies that is available is offered by ANSR, whose focus revolves around new and interesting anti-aging products.
Their product, the “BEAM” is a portable, light therapy device that can help rejuvenate the appearance of skin, reverse sun damage, even out skin tone, and fill in lines or wrinkles on the face.
The BEAM is a red and blue light procedure and is part of an in-depth treatment plan that includes an anti-aging serum and cleanser. The effects of the BEAM mirror those that come from having regular facials in a professional aesthetician’s office and is a form of the phototherapy practiced by dermatologists.
The way the BEAM works is simple. First, users of this product are encouraged to use the prep cleanser to make sure their skin is ready for the next step, the red light therapy. When the cleanser is used, the rest of the process is proven to be more effective.
Next, the red light therapy emits low level waves that will repair and rejuvenate the skin. In turn, the blue light therapy will kill acne bacteria and prevent infection as the toxins break down under the skin.
Finally, to complete the process, a user must either apply the day or night serum. The day serum will help moisturize and balance the skin, while the night serum will prevent excess oil secretions that could cause acne, blemishes, or other skin impurities.
The BEAM is essentially an at home facial system that can be done anytime. However, it is important to note that just like with any facial, your skin does need time to recuperate in between applications. Therefore, the BEAM should only be used once every two to three weeks for best results.
