Josiah is an explosive full back or winger who is able to dominate his opponents with his trickery, guile and pace. He had a knack of adding crucial goals and assists throughout his time in Hale End, scoring in our U16 Premier League Cup final against Chelsea in 2024/25.
After making his under-18s debut last season, Josiah has made the permanent step up for the 2025/26 season, providing a memorable assist for Kyran Thompson in a 4-2 win over Ipswich Town after an excellent solo run.
