To make sure your JG receives a card in the post this year, please complete the below form by 13 November 2025 at 11:59PM (UK time). To check your registered address details, please log in to your account here.
If you have more than one Junior Gunners Membership, please submit a form for each membership number.
If you do not opt-in to receive a physical card, you will instead receive a digital version of the festive card.
