The Disabled Supporters Lounge is open for home and visiting supporters with access requirements, with their Personal Assistants, before every game at Emirates Stadium.
From the beginning of the 2025/ 26 season, the Lounge will be relocated to the Arsenal Hub, situated at the corner of Benwell Road and Queensland Road. This move is necessary due to significant refurbishment and construction works currently taking place at Highbury House, rendering the previous lounge location temporarily unavailable.
The facility at the Arsenal Hub offers similar amenities to the previous space, including:
A large-screen television
Complimentary tea and coffee
An accessible toilet
Please note the following key information:
The Lounge will open 2 hours prior to kick-off and will close 30 minutes before kick-off.
The nearest London Underground station is Holloway Road; however, please be aware that this station closes 2 hours before kick-off on matchdays. The following stations are still available: Arsenal, Finsbury Park, Caledonian Road, and Highbury and Islington.
If you have stadium parking, you may exit via the Queensland Road entrance to access the Arsenal Hub. The Disability Liaison Team will ensure you are able to return to the stadium in good time for the match.
