Charles Jr has been with us for more than ten years, after previously being on the books of Fulham. A composed, dangerous forward, he spent the first half of 2024/25 on loan at League One Shrewsbury Town, where he made 18 appearances.
Upon his return to Arsenal, the left winger – who is happy on either flank and can also play through the middle – made six appearances for our under-21s. He made his first-team debut for us in September 2023, starting up front in our Carabao Cup win away to Brentford, and also played Championship football for Swansea City while on loan in 2023/24.
