Ticket Transfer with the Ticket Hub

Ticket Transfer gives Gold and Platinum Members the ability to electronically transfer their ticket to friends or family in their Arsenal Network for games they cannot attend

How does Ticket Transfer via the Ticket Hub work?

First, add the person you want to transfer your ticket to by managing your Network in the Ticket Hub'. Click here for instructions on how to manage your Network.
Once they’re in your Network, you can transfer your ticket to them through the Ticket Hub. The recipient doesn’t need to be a paid Member — just an Arsenal account holder
After they’ve accepted the transfer, the ticket will appear in their Ticket Hub account, ready to be used on matchday. Your Membership card will be deactivated for that fixture.

Transfer your ticket directly to friends & family and save yourself the trouble of having to hand over your membership card
Always feel comfortable knowing who is sitting in your seat on a Matchday
Always make sure your seat is filled so the crowd stays loud and proud

By using Ticket Transfer on the Ticket Hub, you will also:

Earn 50 My Arsenal Rewards points. (The ticket must be used by the recipient for points to be allocated to you.)
Earn an attendance stamp, which will count towards you earning your Attendance Trophy - meaning you could gain priority access to cup final tickets.
